Still opp i par, på to rekker, der partnerne står vendt mot hverandre.
1. vers: Lederparet holder hender og hopper i takt med musikken 8 takter ned midten til enden av rekka og tilbake på 8 takter, og stiller seg opp
2. vers: Alle par tar albuegrep i høyre arm og svinger rundt hverandre 8 ganger, deretter i venstre arm 8 ganger.
3. vers: Lederparet hopper på yttersiden av de andre parene rekka ned, tar håndfatning og lager en bro
4. vers: Alle hermer etter lederparet, stiller seg i bro som alle går under. Se video. Det finnes flere måter å danse dansen på
Dance Directions
Form 2 longways sets (rows) with 4-6 pairs in a set, with partners facing one another.
Verse 1: Head pair joins hands and sashays dwn the middle to the foot of the set on 8 beats, and back again on 8 beats
Verse 2: All pairs hook right elbows for an 8 count turn, then left elbows for another 8 count turn.
Verse 3: Head couple "peels the orange": they lead their line on the outside of the other participants to the bottom of the set forming an arch at the bottom of the set. (- 8 counts)
Verse 4: The other participants follow the head pair, joining hands at the bottom of the set and coming through the arch to begin the dance again with a new set of leaders. There are several versions of this dance.
